Frequently Asked Questions
Got a question? Communication is the key to success! We are a team! We try to anticipate questions you might have about our virtual assistant services and provide the answers here. If you need additional information, please send me an email to info@thinksecondself.com.
1. Do I need to commit to a specific number of hours per month?
The short answer is no. After we assess your needs and goals, we will work together to create a Plan of Action to accomplish what needs to be done. You know your budget better than anyone. So, you let us know how much your marketing budget allows and we work within that time limit each month until the project is completed.
2. Will you work with me on a one-time or as-needed project?
Absolutely. Just let us know how we can help you and we will complete a Plan of Action that will outline the plan and the amount of time that will be required to accomplish your project.
3. How do you keep track of the time spent on my account?
Will I get a report? We have an on-line Time Clock System that we use to keep track of the time spent on your account. This not only helps us stay within your time limit, it also provides you with an accounting of the day your account was worked on, who did the work and how much time was spent working on your project. We provide you with those reports when you are billed.
4. When and how do I get billed?
Your invoice and time-sheet are emailed to you on the first day of the month.
5. Can I use my credit card for payment?
Since many professionals keep track of their business expenses with their major credit card, all you have to do is request that you receive an electronic invoice. You can then pay your invoice using Visa, MasterCard, Discover, check on-line or PayPal.
6. What if I don’t want to pay with my credit card?
Not a problem. Just pop your check into the mail on the same day you receive your invoice and time-sheet.
7. How do I get started?
That’s easy! Just give me a call at 928-692-3235 or 866-921-5363 or email us with a convenient time to call you.
