Real Bird Gives Real Estate Listings Wings
I am constantly amazed at all the opportunities Real Bird gives real estate listings wings to promote themselves and their listings in creative and amazing ways. Their free account allows you to create two listings at any given time. However, for just $89, you can create as many listings as you want for an entire year. And the promotional possibilities that come with each Real Bird listing are endless!
With each ad, you receive a single property website link that you can use on promotional materials, websites, blogs, etc. On this single property site, you will have a slideshow created from the photos you have uploaded, a map, a description of the property, driving directions, your contact info,(which includes your photo or logo, email and link to your website), links to your social media accounts and your latest blog posts. Additionally, you have the opportunity to add videos, a live chat, extra info and virtual tour if you so desire. What a way to show your client how seriously you take their business!
Additionally, Real Bird understands the value of promoting your clients’ listings and how social media plays a large part in that nowadays. That’s why they have come up with these great widgets: Photowall, Facebook page, Facebook profile, Listing Map and Just Listed.
Photowall – This widget can be added to your website or blog. It takes all your Real Bird listings and consolidates them into one place, with a snapshot of the main photos from each listing creating the “wall”.
Facebook Page – You can use this widget to create a listing page on Facebook. You can do this one of two ways: either create a fan page dedicated specifically to your listings OR add it as a tab on your current fan page.
Facebook Profile – If you only have a Facebook profile, you can add this widget as a tab on your profile. It looks exactly like the Facebook Page widget but stays on your profile. Both the Facebook Page and Facebook Profile widgets are automatically updated anytime you update your Real Bird listings.
Listing Map – This widget puts all your available listings onto their own little map. Each house icon will bring a thumbnail view of the main photo for that listing as well as its listing price. This can be added to your website or blogs.
Just Listed – This widget can be added to your website, blog or your Active Rain blog’s sidebar with ease.
